The advantagesAncient and typical rustic dream house in natural stone, in the hills of the beautiful Tuscany region just 18 km from the beaches of Versilia (Viareggio). Recently fully restored. Very far from the hectic everyday life, it is located at the end of an unpaved road in a pine forest, in a quiet and isolated position, offering comfort and well-kept furniture. Each room and lounge with TV, satellite, DVD, plus a quiet mini-fridge per room. It should be noted nearby: sea with beach, Antro Corchia caves, Grotta del vento, Apuan Alps, Viareggio Carnival courses and carnival city, marble quarries and Christmas reenactment nativity and ancient crafts with human characters (Pruno). In mid-June there is a characteristic festival of flower carpets in Camaiore. Not far from the house we have an olive grove and in autumn you can watch the olive harvest and visit a nearby oil mill. The house has 2 wood burning fireplaces and one of these works as additional heating and wood is free. The house has photovoltaic panels for the production of electricity. Outside there is a table tennis, a barbecue, a veranda and ample parking. There is a fenced pool for child safety of m. 9.15 x 4.60 h 1.20 oval. Possible to rent linen at € 15 per person (service offered only if necessary) because normally tourists prefer to bring bed linen and towels.
